Rupee, Bond Prices Open Marginally Lower

The Indian rupee and bond prices weakened marginally today after international crude oil prices advanced, stoking worries of higher inflation and fiscal slippage. The rupee traded at 69.28 a dollar, down 0.17% from its previous close of 69.16.
